I am trying to sell my home and a buyer is needing to know the guidelines for sheds.
Please help me obtain needed information ASAP.
I remmeber asking a few years ago and was told it has to be attached to the home and be the same color as the home siding but I have since then seen other homes in the neighborhood with sheds of different color and NOT attached to the home but sitting on the side of the house up against the inside of their fenced in yard.
